EO dilutions in 190 proof ethanol

    I was following the instructions for diluting all aromatics to 10% in 190 proof ethanol. I noticed that some of the EO’s turn cloudy when diluted, is that expected and would this impact quality/performance of the aromatic? Also I noticed that Coffee EO did not seem to be dissolving in ethanol almost at all, the EO formed small droplets and stay at the bottom of the bottle. Are there any tips on how to get them uniformly dissolved?
