Spices!

Spices!

The Perfume From Your Garden book will have a bonus section: Perfume From Your Pantry! Unless you’re in a subtropical region, you can’t grow yummy spices like cardamom, cinnamon, allspice, vanilla, etc., but Elise and I will show you how to extract the scent (and flavor!) from them. So, even apartment dwellers can have beautiful extracts to use for perfume/room spray/food and associated uses. You can sign up at http://perfumefromyourgarden.com/ to get on our mailing list. We’ll be doing giveaways here and on the website once we publish, so double your chances of winning!

Thank you! From an appreciative apartment-dweller.

Let’s see, we have coriander or mustard seed?, dried juniper berries?, mystery pods, paprika?, cloves, turmeric? So much fun in the works!

don’t use mustard seeds, they’ll make a product that burns skin. don’t do mystery pods, either, liability issues.
